Brook Street Shop offers a full refund for unworn, un(re)washed and undamaged items for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the items purchase. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Return labels will not be provided.

Brook Street Shop will post items every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Items are posted using Royal Mail second class - it can take between two to three working days including Saturdays. For delivery outside of the UK please email brookstreetshop@gmail.com
