  • How often do you post items?
    Items are posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Royal Mail Second class - it can take between two to three working days including Saturdays.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    We can do, the postage cost needs to be agreed and calculated speratley. Email brookstreetshop@gmail.com if you you wish to send items outside of the UK.
  • It's second hand but is it clean?
    Of course, no item every gets sent out with out being cleaned. At Brook Street Shop we use the brilliant and amazing smelling Wilton products for our laundry care, they are a UK made, eco-friendly and plant based range. Check them out here @wilton_london
  • Can I return an item?
    Yes of course you can, it must be within the 14 days of the items arrival and you will need to cover return postage.
